Refund policy

We offer exchanges or store credit on necklaces, bracelets, and art (excluding custom orders). If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings. All custom jewelry and art is final sale.
